Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note all sale items are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return request, you can contact us at woofelite@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Please return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want. If your order has not been dispatched and you wish to exchange the item, please email us at woofelite@gmail.com. While we will try our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee it.


Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
