What is the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is complete. A second email containing the tracking link will be sent to you when your package is shipped. You can also check your order status by logging into our website and going to my account

Where do you ship from?
We ship our products directly from our warehouses in the US and China. The location of shipment depends on the availability of the item in stock and your shipping address

When will my package ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to package and send your order to the shipping carrier. The tracking link will be provided once the carrier processes the package in their system. Kindly note that delays may occur during holidays

Where is the tracking link?
When your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Please note that it may take a couple of days for the tracking information to update in the shipping carrier's system.
