What is the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order when you have completed your purchase. A second email with the tracking link will be sent to you when the package has been shipped. You can also see your order status when you login our site and go to my account.
Where do you ship from?
We ship your packages directly from our warehouse in US and China. The location of shipment depends on the item stock as well as your shipping address
When will my package ship?
It takes 2-5 business days to get your order packaged and sent to the shipping carrier. Please keep in mind that there may be delays during holidays.
Where is the tracking link?
When your package has shipped, you will get an email with your tracking link. It takes a couple of days for the tracking information to update in the shipping carrier's system.
